Returns & refund policy

Here at GhostBed, we guarantee your comfort. With our 101-Night Sleep Trial, you'll have more than 3 months to make sure you're getting the best sleep of your life on your new mattress. If you're not loving the comfort or feel of your mattress, you will be eligible for a return.

While most customers are in love their first night of sleeping on their new GhostBed, a new mattress can be a big change for your body. Similar to a new pair of shoes that you need to break in, the materials in your mattress will soften up with each night of sleep.

Mattress Trial Policy:

  • Day 1 of your 101-Night Sleep Trial begins on the day your order ships.
  • We require you to use the mattress for 30 nights before requesting a return.
  • The 101-Night Trial is applicable only to orders placed directly from GhostBed. Orders placed through any other third party vendor must be returned to that third party vendor. Please make your return request directly through them.
  • The Sleep Trial does not apply to errors in ordering, size issues or changes in circumstances. If a non-returnable reason is given, this will void your Sleep Trial.
  • GhostBed has the final right of refusal of the Sleep Trial. This includes anyone exhibiting offensive, inflammatory or abusive behavior.
  • Only one mattress is returnable per person and per household.
  • For U.S. customers, the Sleep Trial is available for orders shipped to the contiguous United States only.
  • Moving your mattress to an area where we do not ship to will void your Sleep Trial.
  • After your 101-Night Sleep Trial, your GhostBed mattress cannot be returned.

If you're not loving the comfort or feel of your new mattress, simply fill out our return form and we will be in contact. Your like-new mattress is a great candidate for donation, so we may ask for your help in finding a church or non-profit in your area to keep it local (and out of the landfill!). Depending on your area, we may be able to help with this.

In order to issue a refund, your donation receipt must be sent to us and must be received no later than 30 days after your 101-Night Sleep Trial has expired. It is the responsibility of the customer to forward the donation receipt to us.

Your return will be calculated with the following policies:

  • Promotions and/or discounts will result in an adjusted refund amount.
  • Non-refundable items in your order, as well as recycling fees, extended warranties and/or White Glove add-on won’t apply to your refund.
  • If you’re returning the GhostBed Massage Mattress, we’ll send you instructions and a prepaid FedEx label to send the cover and electronics back to us. This is required in order to process your return. All parts must be returned in sanitary and working condition.
